Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom Apex triggers, batch classes, and scheduled classes to automate business processes and ensure data integrity.
- Design and create Visualforce pages and components to elevate user interface and user experience.
- Build Lightning components using the Lightning Component Framework to offer responsive and dynamic user interactions.
- Develop custom controllers and controller extensions to extend the functionality of standard Salesforce objects and components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, administrators, and other developers, to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to coding standards.
- Conduct unit testing and provide support during user acceptance testing to guarantee successful deployment of solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure optimal system performance and functionality.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of our Salesforce development processes and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Apex programming, encompassing triggers, batch classes, and scheduled classes.
- Extensive experience in designing and developing Visualforce pages and components.
- Proficiency in Lightning Component Framework and adeptness in building Lightning components.
- Proficiency with custom controllers and controller extensions to amplify standard Salesforce functionality.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification is a plus.
- Solid grasp of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security considerations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and mastery of responsive design principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English, with the ability to work harmoniously within a team environment.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and techniques is a plus.
Salary : $80,000 - $150,000
