Production Line Worker

We are Now Hiring Production workers in the Tyler, TX area.
We are hiring General Production Laborers to join our production line team, performing various meat processing and packaging tasks.

Job Details:

• Shift: Full-Time, 2nd shift (hours vary between 2:45 PM and 3:30 AM depending on the line and position). Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview and orientation.
• Work Schedule: 6-day workweeks, with occasional 7-day workweeks based on demand.
• Pay: Includes potential for overtime earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repetitive tasks such as labeling and packing boxes.
• Stand in one place for extended periods.
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.
• Work in a cool environment with temperatures over 40°F—appropriate warm clothing is required.

Requirements:

• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to adapt to repetitive tasks and follow instructions consistently.
