The Warehouse Supervisor ensures a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse while leading and guiding the team. This role enforces safety and operational procedures, supports team development, and ensures compliance with OSHA and company policies.
Pay: $20-$25 DOE
Shift: 8AM-5PM Monday- Friday
Location: Carrollton, TX
WEEKLY PAY!
Responsibilities:

Supervise and train warehouse staff, including delivery drivers.
•
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and audit requirements.
•
Maintain accurate inventory and oversee equipment certification.
•
Provide excellent customer service and effective communication.
•
Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
•
Conduct weekly meetings with management and address warehouse issues.
•
Enforce company policies, including attendance and overtime limits.
Qualifications:
•
High school diploma or GED; 3-5 years of relevant experience.
•
Certified forklift operator.
•
Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office.
•
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
•
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in varying conditions.
•
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and operating forklifts.
