AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to help maintain an apartment community in Tipton, CA. Experience in general building maintenance and landscape is preferred.

Position is full-time; 40 hours and pay is $18.00-$19.00/hour.
Requirements:
* Valid CA Driver’s License * Reliable Transportation * Authorized to work in the United States *Qualifications / Skills:* * Good communication skills * Computer literate (Word, Excel, MS Outlook) * Ability to positively interact with the general public, tenants, vendors, and corporate staff * Strong organizational skills * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions * Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines * Experience with subsidized housing (HUD, Tax Credit, or RD) helpful * General building maintenance skills (painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, carpentry) * General grounds keeping skills * Ability to manage emergency situations * Professionalism * Listening
Responsibilities:
* Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors * Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items * Report violations of lease and house rules * Timely completion of maintenance request, work orders and ensure tenant’s maintenance needs are being met * Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies * Perform preventative maintenance duties * Maintaining excellent curb appeal * Follow policies and procedures
