Job Title: Branch Operations Associate
Reports to: Branch Manager
Summary: The Branch Operations Associate is responsible for safely and efficiently maintaining the warehouse and branch opertions. Additionally, the Branch Operations Associate oversees the loading/unloading of cylinders, cylinder filling processes/inspections, inventory management and other duties/responsibilities as needed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and stock shelves accordingly.
· Pick and pack orders for customer pickup or delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
· Load and Offload trucks and occasionally route and dispatch AWISCO trucks.
· Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
. Maintain resources within the fill plant to efficiently fulfill customer demands.
· Create load sheets for assigned trucks / review all delivery orders.
· Fills cylinders with gases using approved methods and ensures accuracy & quality.
· Perform the appropriate safety inspection of cylinders before filling them.
· Schedule and receive cylinder retests
· Oversee customer service issues and questions at the customer bay.
· Ensure that the fill plant and surrounding work area is well-maintained and clean.
· Manage cylinder inventory.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
· Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
· Proficiency in using computerized systems, including POS software and Microsoft Office applications.
· Ability to lift 75lb objects without assistance and operate warehouse equipment safely.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
. Must be able to complete the propane certification exam within the first 60 days of employment. (Training and study modules will be provided)
· Valid driver's license (required).
· Bilingual- English & Spanish (preferred).

- Frequently required to lift/push/carry items more than 75 pounds
- Frequently work near moving mechanical parts
- Occasionally work in high, precarious places

- Specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used: Pallet Jacks and Forklift
