Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled General Labor associates to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with various tools and machinery. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products through assembly, fabrication, and operation of equipment.

Duties

• Operate and maintain machinery within the production line, ensuring optimal performance.
• Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as required.
• Fabricate parts and products according to specifications while adhering to safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively on the assembly line to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse area to promote a safe working environment.
• Utilize forklifts and other material handling equipment for moving materials as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly line processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
