Job Description
Job Summary :
The Corporate Development Intern will work closely with the Corporate Development team to assist in executing strategic projects, evaluating potential investment opportunities, and supporting corporate growth initiatives. The intern will be involved in market research, financial analysis, due diligence processes, and more.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis :
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential acquisition targets.
Assist in the financial analysis of potential acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.
Assist in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions or strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic projects and initiatives.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all corporate development activities.
Work closely with teams across finance, legal, operations, and other departments to execute corporate development projects.
