Full-Cycle Product Design: Take concepts from ideation to production, ensuring every piece fits, feels, and performs flawlessly.

Fit & Function Optimization: Lead sample fittings, refine patterns, and perfect the fit to match our bold aesthetic.
Material & Construction Innovation: Source high-performance fabrics, trims, and finishes that enhance style and comfort.
Factory Collaboration: Work with manufacturers to troubleshoot issues, refine prototypes, and ensure production quality.

- Fabric and trim sourcing (you know where to find the good stuff).
- Tech pack creation (flat sketches, BOMs, grading specs, and construction details).
Have experience managing relationships with domestic & overseas factories.
Thrive in a startup environment—you take initiative, move quickly, and own your results.
Can problem-solve on the fly—if something isn’t working, you figure it out and fix it.
Are obsessed with quality and details—you won’t put your name on something half-baked.
