Job title:
Technical Sales Associate
Job description:
Help customers stay connected to their technology while expanding your knowledge of computer systems every day. From performing basic troubleshooting on incoming devices to assisting technicians and performing quality checks on outgoing devices.
This position is extremely customer service focused which includes helping customers check in their devices, explaining services performed, and assisting with any other questions or concerns they may have in person or over the phone.
We encourage advancement and provide a roadmap with constant guidance for those wanting to expand their skill-set and be promoted to more advanced roles.
Responsibilities:
- Learn about and understand all services offered at AWT
- Greet customers
- Answer phones
- Process payments via register or over phone
- Basic troubleshooting on devices
- Provide solutions for customers
- Assist technicians and other departments
- Performing outgoing tests on devices
- Stocktake on accessories and parts
- Keep all areas well organized and clean
- Generate sales
- Assist with the listing, selling, and shipping items on eBay
- Manage all tickets
- Perform RMA’s on defects or unused parts
- Drop off packages at post office 1-2 times a week
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Reliable transportation
Must be passionate about technology and growth!
Experience:
- Customer service: 1-2 years (Preferred)
- Technical knowledge or experience (Preferred)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
