We’re Hiring: Sales Development Representative
Location: Concord, CA
Hey there! Are you ready to jump into a fun, dynamic role where you can make a big impact? AX9 Security is on the lookout for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow and connect with new clients. We’ve been in the security game for 20 years, and we’ve worked with some pretty awesome names like Salesforce, the Golden State Warriors, and Google.
This year, we rebranded from Admiral Security Services to AX9 Security, and now we’re set to take things to the next level. That’s where YOU come in!
What’s the Gig?
You’ll be at the heart of our sales efforts—making connections, finding new opportunities, and working closely with our CEO to drive growth. Here’s a bit of what you’ll do:
- Make Connections: Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and events.
- Email Campaigns: Organize and follow up on email lists to keep us top of mind.
- Networking IRL: Attend conferences, expos, and networking events to represent AX9 (yes, travel is part of the job!).
- Strategize for Success: Develop and execute sales plans that hit and exceed targets.
- Track the Details: Use CRM tools to keep tabs on progress and help branches meet their goals.
Qualifications

- A college degree.
- Skills with Canva, Photoshop, and other creative tools.
- Confidence in speaking, writing, and presenting in English.
