managesinterfacewithriskcarrierlegaldepartment,ensurescompliancewithriskcarrier (legal)requirementsandrequirementsoftheparametricproducts / markets;
providesclearframeworkforunderwritersonlegalandregulatoryaspectsforallkey jurisdictions.

Qualifications / Experience
Master’s Degree in French law and qualified lawyer
4 / 6 years post qualified (re)insurance or finance legal experience in law firm(s) and / or in-house
Strong drafting and contract law skills
Proficiency level in English both orally and in writing
