AXA Climate has 4 business units to support its clients and partners, based on expertise : Insurance, Training, Consulting, and SaaS Products. Globally, we are a team of 250 climate experts, headquartered in Paris, spread over 5 continents and driven by the same desire for impact. Our mission if climate and environmental adaptation.

Altitude is the brand of our SaaS business. We build solutions, for decision makers, to enable climate and environmental adaptation. Our products are tailor-made for each persona : Private Equity firms, Industrial corporates, Agricultural cooperative, etc. We are 40 people working on it : product managers, designers, developers, business developers, etc.

Altitude

Altitude solution was launched in September 2022. It is three products, connected on one single data platform. It is enabling CSR / ESG teams to screen climate and nature related risks and opportunities within minutes, very easy to use, and fully automated.

Altitude Finance : dedicated for Infrastructure and Private Equity funds,

Altitude Industry : dedicated for corporates,

Altitude Agriculture : dedicated for food & Ag.

Your Mission : Assist in carrying AXA Climate’s purpose through communication strategies, event management, and content creation, by placing data and scientific knowledge at the core of everything we (and you!) will do.

How? You’ll team up with the head of communication and marketing for AXA Climate’s consulting services, the head of communication and marketing for AXA Climate’s training services, and the head of AXA Climate’s institutional communications and marketing (and your future domain leader). Together, they’ll be your guides through your journey and growth within the company.

What You’ll Actually Do?

Content Creation :

Write content and design materials for social media platforms (sliders, infographics, visuals, etc.) on various inspiring topics like nature, climate, regulations, and more.

Co-create presentation materials for business development.

Craft internal and external e-mailings to share our latest news and updates with our network.

Ensure the accuracy of information on our website .

Have a holistic view of the editorial calendar and improve it with new ideas, to innovate and identify effective communication strategies.

CRM :

Make Salesforce your playground. Continuously learn about the tool to become an expert! From dashboards to workflows, explore and test to utilize the tool’s full potential.

Participate in updating and implementing marketing actions with our prospects (Workflows, Nurturing, Dynamic Lists, Reports).

Help clean database and get everyone on board with the best practices!

Events and Partnerships :

Assist in organizing internal and external events.

Help implement the event strategy and always keep an eye for for new opportunities.

Press Relations :

Aid in managing interview requests and internally coordinate our experts’ interactions with journalists / media.

Assist in preparing for our speaking engagements , workshops, and conferences.

Performance Monitoring :

• Track key performance indicators and provide reporting to give visibility to teams, understanding what actions work and which ones need optimization.

Keep a constant watch , stay updated on industry news and trends.

And of course : Test new ideas , discover new methods, propose innovative strategies!

The core team is based in Paris.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing / Communication

A successful first experience in content creation and writing is a plus .
