This role will provide support to the marketing team to help plan and execute marketing events, industry conferences, marketing campaigns, and drive success across the Americas Business Unit. Responsible for a wide range of tasks, including providing support for regional events and industry conferences, supporting the marketing budget coordination & tracking expenses, and supporting legal contract reviews. Assist marketing team members in the planning, coordination, and execution of broker and client events in the US, Canada and Bermuda Collaborate with internal business partners and external vendors to ensure seamless event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and on-site marketing branding materials Support event registration and attendee communication, including sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, and providing event reminders. Help gather and analyze event feedback from attendees to inform future event planning Create and maintain he Americas Global Events calendar showcasing all internal and external industry event details Support the centralized marketing budget coordination process Submit and track marketing expenses and maintain accurate records Support the contract review process with legal and ensure compliance with company policies Liaise with marketing vendors, branded merchandise company store websites and online stationary site Contribute to special projects aimed at supporting the marketing team and Americas Business Unit growth ambition - including Large Commercial, Wholesale Solutions, Energy Transition, Cyber, and Mid-Market. You will report to the Marketing Regional Director.SHARE your talent SHARE your talent We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills : Required Skills and Abilities : Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality or a related field Moderate experience in marketing, communications, event management, project management, or a related role Highly organized, a passion for marketing and a desire to contribute Desired Skills and Abilities : Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Experience or general knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Cvent, Eloqua, Adobe creative cloud, SharePoint. Experience or general knowledge on budgets and expense tracking. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks and overcoming challenges. The U.S. pay range for this position is USD 59,000 - 79,900. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual's skills, experience, and location.
