What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Work with Business Executives, Product Owners, Product development teams, UX team and internal stakeholders, in partnership with other UX designers and create, deliver UX designs that focuses on Customer Experience and benefit the business.
- Execute Design workshops to gather design requirements, create UX design approach and concepts for various product and services. Participate in digital transformation of the product by ensuring the best user experience. Empathize user journeys, user task flows and create wireframes, click-through prototypes, visual designs, for projects ensuring successful end-end delivery and working in partnership with relevant internal, external stakeholders.
- Participate in the development of AXA XL design system as a foundational design source in creating products through proactive engagement with colleagues across the organization leveraging various creative and innovative means.
- Capability to working with multiple project teams across locations, cultures, and time zones.
- Self-driven and supports the Division Lead of Digital User Experience in executing on user experience designs and practices aligned with overall business strategy, keeping Customer experience as focus.
- Collaborate with product teams and non-UX teams in Digital Transformation while designing UX approach and concepts and coach them. Support other UX designers through design process.
In an individual contributor role, you will report to the Division Lead of Digital User Experience.

The U.S. pay range for this position is USD 66,000 - 105,500. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual's skills, experience, and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues' pay.
