What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Work with Business Executives, Product Owners, Product development teams, UX team and internal stakeholders, in partnership with other UX designers and create, deliver UX designs that focuses on Customer Experience and benefit the business.
  • Execute Design workshops to gather design requirements, create UX design approach and concepts for various product and services. Participate in digital transformation of the product by ensuring the best user experience. Empathize user journeys, user task flows and create wireframes, click-through prototypes, visual designs, for projects ensuring successful end-end delivery and working in partnership with relevant internal, external stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development of AXA XL design system as a foundational design source in creating products through proactive engagement with colleagues across the organization leveraging various creative and innovative means.
  • Capability to working with multiple project teams across locations, cultures, and time zones.
  • Self-driven and supports the Division Lead of Digital User Experience in executing on user experience designs and practices aligned with overall business strategy, keeping Customer experience as focus.
  • Collaborate with product teams and non-UX teams in Digital Transformation while designing UX approach and concepts and coach them. Support other UX designers through design process.

In an individual contributor role, you will report to the Division Lead of Digital User Experience.

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills :

This User Experience Designer role is to execute the digital UX designs to deliver quality products that enhances customer's experience with AXA XL brand and facilitate an enjoyable experience to the customers.

  • Good experience in executing UX designs through user-centered-design practices.
  • Experience in gathering and consolidating design requirements, conducting design thinking sessions, conducting exploratory research,
  • Good understanding of the latest UX trends, design principals and best practices.
  • Sound visual design skills using digital media, for design executions, documentation, presentations and communications.
  • Good experience of creating visual design using Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, with visual design best practices.
  • Experienced in conducting user studies (Usability Testing), creating test protocols and analysis documentation, creating analysis document and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Experience translating requirements into user flow, user journey map for targeted persona(s)
  • Experience of determining and executing UX designs for complex digital systems.
  • Expertise in creating wireframes and prototypes using FIGMA in collaboration with other UX designers.
  • Experience in creating design patterns and components using FIGMA.
  • Good understanding of participating in the development of Design System and using it while executing UX design work. Educating about Design System to the Agile project teams.
  • Good experience of creating Power BI dashboards and reports with UX standards
  • Excellent presentation and communication (oral & written) skills.
  • Brings in a collaborative spirit, can-do attitude and a Customer First mindset.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in human-Centered Design or a relevant discipline, and a passion for designing for digital products and services, considering multiple user personas.
  • Extensive experience in a designing for end-users as UX designer or related roles

    The U.S. pay range for this position is USD 66,000 - 105,500. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual's skills, experience, and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues' pay.
