The Business Manager will support the Head of Middle Market in a dynamic, analytical, and high-impact role. This position is designed for a professional who will undertake a range of tasks while maintaining a robust focus on financial and data analysis. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business decisions through the preparation of business cases, analyzing financial and non-financial data sets, and supporting unit-wide communications and change initiatives.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Executive Support : Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Middle Market andtheir Leadership Team, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and Americas wide business priorities.
- Business Case Development : Prepare comprehensive business cases with inputs from various stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Data Analysis : Analyze a variety of financial and non-financial data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present findings to drive business decisions.
- Financial Oversight : Monitor financial performance metrics, develop financial models, and support budget planning and management processes.
- Project Management : Lead and manage key projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective communication across departments.
- Change Management : Support and facilitate change initiatives across the underwriting unit, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of new processes and strategies.
- Communication : Develop and distribute communications for the underwriting unit, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with company objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with various internal teams and stakeholders to gather necessary information, provide updates, and align efforts towards common goals.
- Reporting : Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership, summarizing key insights and recommendations.

The U.S. pay range for this position is USD 106,500 - 186,500. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual's skills, experience, and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues' pay.
