What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Deliver enterprise level initiatives across multiple parts of the Insurance value chain (e.g. Underwriting, Claims, Pricing, etc.)
- Internalize and execute on IDA and company-wide goals to become a data driven organization
- Management of key Data initiatives and programs using Agile methodologies; act in the role of Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
- Lead planning, dependency management, risk, issue, resource management, status reporting and project communications
- Coordinate with the Program Manager, Environment Manager and other delivery leads on deliverables and dependencies
- Facilitator of Agile Ceremonies including Backlog Refinement, Release / Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-up, Demos, and Retrospectives
- Guides the team while navigating the end-to-end Data Platform, AXA XL organization, and Peer IDA delivery teams
- Contribute to best practices and standards to ensure there is a consistent approach to Delivery Management
- Provides coaching on Agile and Scrum methodologies to a cross functional project or product team
- Data delivery and governance of key initiatives / programs with a comprehensive understanding of the data and our customers
- Engage with Internal Audit on the processes and controls for the various projects
- Regular stakeholder engagement and communication with leaders

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- Experiencing leading imitative
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the Insurance industry and within a data and analytics division
- Expert knowledge of Agile practices, experience operating as a member of an Agile delivery team, and transforming teams to an Agile model; prior experience as a Senior Scrum Master, or Release Train Engineer
- Excellent presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills, across all levels of management and customer interaction
- Ability to take ownership, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Passion for data and experience working within a data driven organization
- You care about what you do, and what we do
- Passion and drive to change property and casualty insurance for the better
- Ability to manage an individual team(s) while being able to understand the broader perspective
- Ability to work with team members across the globe and across departments
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred, or equivalent
