Axalta is searching for a Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A to join our team in the Philadelphia Navy yard!
The Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A will be responsible for aspects of management reporting, process enhancements, standardization, and forecasting and analysis for Axalta Coatings Systems' enterprise results with a significant partnership to the Business units. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial management principles, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.
In this role you will :
- Lead and streamline enterprise consolidated reporting processes, systems, and tools.
- Build, track and create analysis for enterprise variances.
- Review and analyze Axalta financials, understanding key business drivers.
- Lead the annual operating plan processes and corporate calendar.
- Prepare and support ad hoc management requests.
- Drive dashboarding and automation to support monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis.
- Support talent development and mentor analysts across FP&A team.
