Position Summary
The Manager of Investment Origination & Product Management is responsible for product development, managing onboarding, and ongoing product management of investment options on the Axcelus platform.

Responsibilities
- Assist the team with originating and onboarding third-party investment managers to Axcelus investment platform. This includes hedge funds, private equity, real assets, mutual funds, and separately managed accounts.
- Collaborate closely with external partners including asset managers, capital introduction professionals, sales intermediaries, RIAs, broker-dealers, etc.
- Partner with sales, legal, operations, and due diligence teams on all job responsibilities.
- Educate managers on the investment requirements of insurance products
- Support initiatives designed to deliver information regarding Axcelus platform and funds to internal and external partners. This includes drafting and maintaining fund summaries, and coordinating the development of marketing materials.
- Assist with expanding distribution channels through which Axcelus products and capabilities are offered. Participate in or lead cross-functional projects designed to create partnerships with distribution partners such as national and regional B / Ds, RIAs, etc.
- Aid in firm initiatives to improve the distribution and awareness of Axcelus products and investment options
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency.
