What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Telecom Consultant position at Axe Elite?
We are looking for highly motivated, driven, goal-orientated and ambitious individuals for our Verizon Business Campaign. We offer room for growth, training and all the resources necessary to excel in this position. The day to day task is to call business clients that are provided to you and consult them on their technology needs. There is ability to generate commission bonuses along with your weekly pay on top of daily, weekly, and monthly competitions/bonuses.
Responsibilities and duties
- Managing inbound calls in response to promotional communications.
- Listening to customers’ needs and making appropriate recommendations.
- Identifying opportunities and selling Data and Voice solutions to business customers over the phone.
- Partnering with customer to understand their business, industry, and competition in presenting solutions with a consultative selling approach.
