Our team of passionate & driven Entry Level Marketing Associates work together in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment to produce personalized and effective event & promotion campaigns providing our clients with increased brand awareness in hard-to-reach markets. The fundamental key to our success has been our top-notch, forward-thinking Marketing team working on the frontlines of our retail promotional event campaigns. As a result, we have a high demand from our clients to rapidly expand our reach and grow our Marketing Associates team. We are currently in need of 3-5 Entry Level Marketing Associates to assist us in our Home Improvement retail campaign efforts and join our Event and Promotions team as Entry Level Marketing Associates. We are looking for personable, engaging, and dynamic professionals looking to expand their knowledge and experience in the Marketing, Communications, and Promotions fields. Entry Level Marketing Associate Key Responsibilities : Communicate and engage with customers in local markets to drive brand awareness and increase market share for our clients Facilitate direct customer engagement through strong relationship-building, consultative communications techniques, and active-listening skills Help craft and execute all promotional event campaigns for our Home Improvement clients Proactively monitor and identify potential product and service risks and provide real time feedback to the client for improvement Create training material for newly onboarded employees and update when needed with new product, service, and promotional information Experience Needed : 1-3 years of experience in a customer facing, communications-centric role Prior experience working in an accelerated and entrepreneurial team environment Knowledge of basic marketing techniques and promotional outreach strategies Proven track record of establishing long-lasting, positive client relationships \ Education & Qualifications : Experience working hands-on with clients or customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills High energy, self-motivated, driven, and dynamic personality Confident, with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine team player #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
