Business Analyst - Contractor

Duration : 2 years

Work Hours : Monday - Friday, 40 hours / week

Location : Remote

Description

We are looking for Business analyst with proven Kronos Dimensions experience with Time Keeping module.

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements, configure solutions within Kronos, defining integrations with Workday and our temp agencies, unit testing, end to end testing, documentation and user support.
  • Partner with developers, system administrators, instructional designers and SMEs to translate technical data and procedures into well thought out, comprehensive documents; create, edit and maintain technical / user documentation, procedural documentation and / or user application guides.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 3 years UKG / Kronos time application experience.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, excellent communication and presentation skill

    • Skills Required

  • Strong Kronos (UKG) Dimensions Time Keeping skills Proven system analysis and troubleshooting / resolution skills Customer Service Skills System documentation skills

    • Skills Preferred

  • Integration experience is a plus.
  • Virtual job experience is a plus.
  • Workday experience is a plus
