Key Responsibilities : Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, maintaining a respectful and productive work environment.
Conduct comprehensive investigations into employee grievances and provide recommendations for resolution.
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to proactively identify and mitigate potential employee relations concerns.
Provide guidance on policy interpretation, discipline, performance management, and involuntary terminations.
Analyze trends from employee feedback (e.g., surveys, exit interviews) and recommend improvements.
Maintain accurate documentation of all employee relations cases and report on key trends.
