The Field Operator is responsible for delivering, installing, and operating client equipment at Service Center and customer job sites in state of Oregon and parts of SW Washington.
Occasional on-call duties required.
Likely to convert to full-time.
Key Responsibilities :
Delivery & Pickup : Load, deliver, and pick up equipment (diesel pumps, hoses, etc.) ensuring accuracy and condition.
Equipment Handling : Use motorized machinery to load / unload equipment and secure it for transport.
Site Maintenance : Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist with equipment setup / cleanup.
Driving : Operate vehicles alone, following safety regulations.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES : To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Identify all items to be delivered or picked up with customer to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Perform visual inspection of equipment being picked up and note any damage.
Obtain customers signature on appropriate paperwork.
Utilize motorized equipment handling machinery to safely load equipment on and off trucks and trailers.
Secure all items loaded on the truck for safe over-the-road travel in accordance with Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration (FMCSA), Federal Department of Transportation and local Department
Requirements :
1 year flatbed trucking experience required.
Class A CDL required.
Ability to operate heavy equipment and manage paperwork.
Must work independently and handle physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).
