Global Financial Firm located in Tampa, FL has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer
This role is currently on a Hybrid Schedule.
You will need to have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access into the client systems during remote work.
We will be expected in the office weekly 3 days depending on the team requirement.
- Video / f2f interviews are required prior to all offers.
8 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or in a similar role, strong programming skills in Java, Angular, python.
Strong proficiency in API development (REST, GraphQL).
Experience with unit testing frameworks for front-end and back-end applications.
Experience in designing and working with distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
Experience building and maintaining CI / CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab Pipelines, Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines).
Expertise in Spring Boot.
Familiarity with security concepts authentication, authorization, and SSL.
Expertise in data modeling and storage using SQL and / or NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar)
Familiarity with data science algorithms and integrating machine learning models.
Solid understanding of relational databases (Oracle), data modeling. and query optimization.
Experience writing efficient, complex database queries.
Solid understanding of DevOps practices and tools (CI / CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring).
Familiarity with front-end development using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Excellent testing, debugging, and documentation skills.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience with performance monitoring tools.
Responsibilities :
Develop quality front-end and back-end applications in an agile environment and create prototypes and POCs (Proof of Concept) to validate, promote, and define the technology strategies.
Hands on coding in technologies such as python, Java, , Angular, SQL, JSON, REST API, Docker ect.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
Ensure code quality through best practices, including unit testing and code reviews.
Education :
Bachelor s degree / University degree or equivalent experience
