GIS Technician I
Richmond, VA
12 Months.
Every day until trained, then remote half of the time - 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.
We are flexible with start and end times. Start time should be between 6 : 30 and 8 : 30.
Works in GIS and database applications which model electric utility distribution systems and fiber optic cables.
Requires understanding of functional business processes as they relate to design, construction and operations and working understanding of data attributes that support these business processes.
Requires ability to create a connected model that replicates the fiber optic system. Performs and manages QA / QC processes.
Must be available to work emergency and planned overtime.
