Bilingual Chinese or Spanish (preferred). Good interviewing skills & ability to use good judgment & make decisions quickly (required). Cast management exp (preferred). Allscript referral management & transportation setup. Familiar with psychiatric / pediatric population. Familiar w / EPIC EMR.
