Job Title : Medical Device Assembler

Location : Portland , OR

Shift Timing : 4 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM

Responsibilities :

Produce high-quality medical devices (e.g., pacemakers, ICDs, leads).

Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations.

Follow specified and standardized procedures under close supervision.

Ensure accuracy and up-to-date job documentation.

Communicate effectively with management (both written and oral).

Maintain a positive attitude with internal and external customers.

Adhere to safety guidelines and use safety devices.

Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

Maintain accurate records for quality assurance and traceability.

Demonstrate a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing.

Set and monitor individual and cell performance goals.

Support divisional initiatives and compliance with QMS, EMS, and other regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education : High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Abilities :

Read, comprehend, and follow written procedures.

Understand and follow verbal instructions.

Use electronic data collection systems and computer software.

Prioritize work based on job sequencing and importance.

Handle small components and make critical decisions with minimal supervision.
