Job Title : Medical Device Assembler

Location : Portland , OR

Shift Timing : 4 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM

  • Responsibilities :

Produce high-quality medical devices (e.g., pacemakers, ICDs, leads).

  • Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations.
  • Follow specified and standardized procedures under close supervision.
  • Ensure accuracy and up-to-date job documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with management (both written and oral).
  • Maintain a positive attitude with internal and external customers.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and use safety devices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records for quality assurance and traceability.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
  • Set and monitor individual and cell performance goals.
  • Support divisional initiatives and compliance with QMS, EMS, and other regulatory requirements.

    • Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Abilities :

    • Read, comprehend, and follow written procedures.

  • Understand and follow verbal instructions.
  • Use electronic data collection systems and computer software.
  • Prioritize work based on job sequencing and importance.
  • Handle small components and make critical decisions with minimal supervision.
