Payroll Specialist with ADP timekeeping experience. This person will need payroll processing experience using ADP Workforce and ADP Workforce Management (timekeeping). They will assist our team with testing as we implement ADP s timekeeping system.
Candidate Requirements
The client is seeking a candidate with payroll experience, ideally
with :
At least two years of hands-on experience.
Proficiency in ADP Workforce and ADP Timekeeping
systems.
Experience with Kronos would be beneficial, as the
candidate will assist in implementing the ADP time system
from Kronos Timekeeper.
Basic entry-level payroll processing skills are essential.
Required :

Job Details
Nature of Work : The position involves reviewing reports,
especially during testing phases. The candidate will help move
time cards between systems.
Schedule : This is a part-time position, requiring 24 to 32 hours
per week, typically spread over three to four days.
Location : The role is on-site at the Tempe office. Core hours are
from 8 AM, with some flexibility.
Work location = Tempe, AZ office
Hours = 8AM -4PM (Flexible)
Work days = Monday Friday; however, since the position is part-time the schedule will be based on Payroll s needs.
