Department Function :
The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Group Business Operations & Controls team is responsible for general coordination of Operations and Controls activities such as Third Party Program Management.
Job Role :
Engaged in and learn the current processes including reviewing current policy, standards, and process documentation. Learn applications required for managing operations according to enterprise standards. Capture input from stakeholder teams and document input within required applications (i.e., data gathering and entry). Create supporting documentation as necessary to evidence work and procedures. Works with team members throughout all phases of completing the project and its documentation. Accountable for the quality and timely completion of project analysis and deliverables. May be accountable for the tracking of the tactics for achieving key activities for the process or projects. Accountable for the analysis, tracking, and improvement recommendations in the design, development, or implementation.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Will be gaining an understanding of current processes
Learning to manage processes according to bank standards
Create supporting documentation for the processes
Asking questions to understand processes and provide feedback on opportunities to improve or better capture what is happening within the process
Ensuring the process and documentation are understandable for anyone
Working closely with a team to accomplish these objectives
Required skills / experience / education
Expertise in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Previous experience at client
Ability to manage competing priorities and schedules
