Description :
The Senior Recruiting Coordinator provides consistent administrative support to the Recruiting Team, ensuring actions are completed accurately within established service level agreements.
The role involves understanding the end-to-end recruiting process, building positive relationships with candidates, recruiters, and business line partners, and providing an efficient and positive recruiting experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Interview Scheduling : Utilize Paradox and Outlook to schedule interviews, reserve conference rooms, set up video conferences, arrange travel schedules, process expense reimbursements, and build itineraries.
- Candidate Communication : Contact candidates via phone or email, connect with business lines, and ensure smooth scheduling.
- Point of Contact : Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Pre-Employment Screening : Identify required screenings, submit accurate cases, and follow up with recruiters and business line partners.
- Onboarding : Confirm start dates and initiate hire and pre-onboarding actions.
- Administrative Support : Assist with formatting and posting job descriptions, offer letter creation, and actions in the recruiting applicant tracking system (Oracle Recruiting Cloud).
- Risk Management : Embed risk management principles and ensure compliance with company policies.
Day-to-Day Activities :
- Scheduling : Manage interview schedules using Paradox and Outlook, ensuring all details and times are accurate.
- Communication : Regularly contact candidates and business lines to coordinate and confirm interview logistics.
- Itinerary Creation : Develop detailed itineraries for interview processes.
- Point of Contact : Act as the main contact for any questions or issues during the interview process.
