Graduation from a college or university with a BA / BS in a related field and two years of experience in administrative analysis; or an equivalent combination of education and exp.
One-year experience in volunteer program oversight, Child Life Services, or in a Children s Hospital setting.
Proven ability to conduct training sessions, manage donations, and community relations.
Experience in evaluating effectiveness of all volunteer related systems and staff members.
Excellent public / customer relations skills
Proficient at Microsoft Word and Office, specifically Power point, Word, Excel
Highly skilled at communication, organization, scheduling
