What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin/Document coordinator position at Axelon?
Pay Ranges : $18.00 - $20.75
Job Description :
Maintain the document management system in accordance with departmental and site needs which include management of templates, Logbooks, allocation of document numbers and review of draft documents.
Record Management and Archival of documents for long term storage.
Filing, sorting, printing of requested documents.
Assembly of controlled documentation issued by the Document Control team
Reconciling of previously issued documents
Quals
Minimum of 6 months experience in an Administrative based role
Advanced experience with MS Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Must have experience working in a team-oriented environment
Must Possess good written & verbal communication skills
Demonstrate solid organizational and planning skills through previous professional experience
Must be able to work in a fast-pace environment
Able to efficiently prioritize and remain flexible to competing tasks
Prior experience in a business administrative role
Previous experience filing, sorting, reconciling of documents (e.g Medical Records, company based confidential documentation) is a plus
