Job Summary :
As an Assembler 1, you will be responsible for producing different types of ultrasonic transducer products by hand and with machines / tools according to assembly instructions. You will work with small, delicate parts requiring high precision, sometimes using a microscope. The role is part of a team that assembles highly complex products, ensuring that the quality of the products meets standards critical to patient safety.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assemble ultrasound transducer products, following detailed assembly instructions.
- Use machines / tools to assist in production when necessary.
- Conduct incoming materials and outgoing finished goods inspections using a microscope.
- Ensure production quality meets standards and report any issues or inconsistencies.
- Participate in stand-up meetings, providing feedback on production performance.
- Document daily production metrics accurately and report them to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects as part of a team.
- Participate in skill and talent development initiatives to improve team performance.
- Work closely with internal customers and healthcare professionals using our products.
- Treat all team members with respect and value their feedback, fostering a collaborative work environment.
