**Responsibilities:**
- Handle insurance claims follow-up and denial management
- Work with payer websites and provider services
- Maintain knowledge of Medi-Cal managed care processes
- Collaborate with the team to achieve billing goals
**Requirements:**
- 2 years of experience in medical billing
- Proficiency in Epic Resolute Professional Billing
- Experience with Professional Fee (ProFee) billing
- Strong understanding of insurance claims follow-up and denial management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
**Estimated Salary:** $35-$45 per hour
This is a hybrid position that requires onsite work at least 3 days a week for training, followed by monthly onsite meetings.
