Mon-Fri, 8 : 30am-5pm, WEEKENDS when required. Provide day to day support to 1000 users techs with positive attitude, team players, independent, able to provide support to users on on their software and hardware. Break fix issues on Windows 10 desktop, laptops, VDI, Chomebooks, phones, printing, between others. SCR CLEARANCE REQUIRED - MAIN SITE WBH BUT WILL FLOAT TO OTHER NYP CAMPUSES AS NEEDED.
