Global Financial Firm located in IRVING, TX has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced IT Project Manager
This role is currently on a Hybrid Schedule.
You will need to have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access into the client systems during remote work.
We will be expected in the office weekly 3 days depending on the team requirement.
- Initially required to be onsite daily for training

Junior IT Project Manager Role :
The IT Project Manager will be part of the Infrastructure Delivery Team within CTI(Client Technology Infrastructure).
They will report directly to the Portfolio Manager that oversees the Global CRS / CRS Retail Portfolios at Client and will be based in Irving, Texas.
The CRS(Client Real Estate Services) portfolio of projects mainly involve new site buildouts, renovations, consolidations and site decommissions and creating oversubscribed workspace environments globally.
The IT PM will coordinate directly with CRS PM and Construction managers to implement all technology related to real estate initiatives.
The main technology teams involved in CRS projects are all Network Services, End User Technology, Voice, Audio Visual, Servers, Virtualization, NAS / SAN Requirements and print management.
Duties and Responsibilities :
The candidate will be responsible for managing their assigned Projects / Programs to deliver infrastructure technology by working with multiple technology streams in a matrix environment.They will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders such as senior CTI management and business leaders, technology support teams, construction managers, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.The project manager is responsible for outlining, defining, and initiating the project.Client interaction, effective stakeholder management, reporting and escalating risks and issues to the Global CRS Portfolio Manager are also part of this role.The role is governed by global project management standards following CTI's internal project management methodology and has standard tools and processes to follow, with support and oversight provided by the Project Office and helpdesk functions.Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.The objective of this role is to ensure that all assigned Projects / Programs are managed within budget, scope and timelines, and follow Client standard processes.We are looking for candidates with minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a technology project manager.Candidate must be a leader that can effectively manage meetings and multiple projects, drives results and handles risk and conflict resolution.Candidate could also get opportunity to work on projects in other CTI portfolios including : Cybersecurity, Data Center, End User Computing, Big Data systems, Cloud Environment but will be hired to support the CRS portfolio.Required Skills / Abilities :
