What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurses Aide position at Axelon?
1199 59-day assignment. EVERY WEEKEND REQUIRED. Will float to other units. 1 year of CNA experience. NYS Nurse Aide cert is required. Obtains patient's height, weight, and vital signs if required. Reports abnormal findings / changes in patient status to RN or charge RN immediately. Re-positions patients on bed rest every two hours. Assists patients with personal hygiene and dressing. Must be able to lift and position patients. Dress code : Royal blue scrubs.
Shift - 11 : 00 pm - 7 : 00 am, includes a 45 min break
