100% onsite in will be about 80% Evidence Support and 20% Fulfillment Customer Service, Admin, and Data Entry experience all helpful asap, 6 months with potential to extend
Description : position will be 80% Evidence Support and 20% Fulfillment Floater
Evidence Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation and send-out of evidence for multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and jurisdictions to facilitate the proper handling evidence.
- Ensure all evidence documentation is accurate, complete.
- Address any discrepancies or issues that arise in the evidence handling process.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive evidence and related documentation.
Fulfillment floater :
Responsible for processing filings and document orders with state government agencies. The Fulfillment Associate will work closely with internal and external customers to provide excellent service and immediate responses to inquiries. A successful candidate will need to be a team-oriented individual who is able to multi-task, work independently, possess strong computer skills, and participate in team meetings by offering suggestions and ideas to increase team productivity and efficiency.
o High School diploma
o 1 year administrative / customer service / processing / production experience
o Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
o Ability to work independently with a minimum amount of oversight while still being an integral part of a team
o Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software and spreadsheets
o Must have poise, tact and diplomacy
o Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and execution of deadlines
o Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
o When needed, working overtime is required
