Job Title : People Engagement Specialist (Remote)
Hours : 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm
Must be able to work in MST timezone and travel to the office (Lehi, UT) once during the whole contract duration
Description :
The Employee Engagement Specialist will support Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Talent Development (TD) team with its mission to design impactful solutions that allow employees to create an inclusive product experience and workplace culture that is aligned with our company goals and values.
The Employee Engagement Specialist will report to the Global Head of DEI and TD and will work closely with members of both the DEI and Talent Development teams to meet quarterly OKRs and companywide employee engagement initiatives.
This important member of the Global TD and DEI team will be key to expanding the capacity of the global team leader and respective members on key initiatives.
Required Skills :
You're familiar with LMS platforms and have experience managing and delivering training programs and resources through these avenues.
Strong Writing & Presentation Skills
Experience with advancing DEI and TD strategies using data analysis and collecting reliable data sets.
Highly Collaborative and Methodical and willing to build strong relations with your colleagues, stakeholders and leadership to foster collaboration and trust.
You are strategic and have a keen ability to see down the field, create clear OKRs and what it takes to plan, execute and oversee team projects from inception to completion
You can stay flexible and adjust training strategies to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Possess inclusive leadership traits of cultural intelligence, respectful curiosity, cognizance and courage.
Desired Qualifications :
Bachelors desired but not required; long-tenured industry experience in TD and DEI will be seriously considered
Demonstrated experience in designing Learning Development and / or DEI trainings and experiences
Experience developing programs and coordinating Employee Resource Groups or Business Resource Groups
Serve as a liaison between new hires and Talent Development team during the week leading up to orientation and lead the execution of processes to ensure a smooth handoff on day one to New Hire Orientation lead coordinator
Experience in teaching, group facilitation, or a related field.
Proven success coordinating and implementing inclusive leadership practices and programs for employees through ERG and Learning Development programs and initiatives

Experience designing training programs : creating, coordinating, and implementing comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals
