Job Title : Salesforce Data Cloud Architect
Location : Atlanta, GA
Experience Requirements :
Total IT Experience : 10 years in the IT industry.
Salesforce Experience : Minimum of 7 years in Salesforce, specifically in hands-on architecting, solutioning, and development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
Data Cloud Expertise : Extensive experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360), with at least 3-4 Data Cloud projects designed / architected.
Data Modeling Expertise : Strong background in Salesforce-specific data modeling and architecture.
Technical Expertise :
Proven experience in designing and implementing data architectures within Salesforce.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including integration patterns, data modeling, and API frameworks.
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce tools such as Salesforce Data Loader, Einstein Analytics, and related platforms.
Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360) and related technologies like MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, and Tableau.
Data Management :
Data Governance : Expertise in data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance.
Data Integration : Strong experience with data integration, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft.
Other Technologies : Experience with Java or .NET is highly preferred.
Domain Knowledge :
Healthcare Domain Experience : A huge plus.
Client Interaction : Experience working with US-based clients and coordinating with onsite-offshore teams.
Salesforce Certifications :
Must Have : Developer Certification (Platform Developer 2) and at least 2 certifications from the Architect stream.
Nice to Have : Advanced Admin (ADM301), Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud Consultant Certifications.
Salesforce Architect certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect are highly desirable.
Force.com Knowledge :
Strong experience in architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions from a development perspective.
Proven ability to guide programming teams to ensure Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning-based solutions are implemented correctly and efficiently.
Data Cloud Skills and Knowledge :
Data Cloud Strategy & Architecture : Design the overall data architecture strategy for Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
Data Integration : Architect and implement integration solutions between Salesforce Data Cloud and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms.
Data Governance : Establish and enforce data governance practices, ensuring data accuracy, quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Data Modeling : Define data models and structures within Salesforce Data Cloud to support business processes and reporting requirements.
Customer 360 Solutions : Lead the implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud to enable a single view of customers (Customer 360), ensuring optimal customer insights and analytics for personalized customer engagement.
dvanced Analytics & AI : Collaborate with teams to integrate AI-driven analytics and predictive models within Salesforce, leveraging data cloud insights to drive business outcomes.
dditional Technical Requirements :
Engage with Enterprise Architecture teams to discuss Salesforce data modeling.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide multiple solutions for complex scenarios.
Thorough knowledge of Salesforce coding best practices, including understanding the limitations of Apex coding.
Experience with Force.com Web Services, including SOAP, WSDL, REST, SSL standards, and API client architecture.
Working knowledge of Force.com Bulk API and Metadata API.
Knowledge of workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
Experience using ETL tools such as Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, MuleSoft, and Apex Data Loader.
