Job Role : Senior Custody Account Manager
Location : Chesterbrook, PA
Duration : 6 Months contract on
Hybrid Schedule (3 days Onsite)
Responsibilities :
- Serve as a senior custody Account Manager in charge of financial institutions (banks, brokers, hedge funds ...)
- ct as an entry point of contact with the clients and act as subject matter expert on client servicing and related activity for Local and Global Custody
- Ensure accurate responses to client requests and queries
- Participate to clients conference calls and meetings
- dherence to all US regulations as related to the services offered, along with the adherence to internal bank and business line procedures and policies.
- dherence to internal controls to eliminate risk and operational losses
- Deliver constant high quality of service
- Provide clients with ad hoc reports as agreed in the SLA (client cash forecast, KPI ...)
- Ensure the coordination and the communication between the internal operations teams and the client
- Prepare reporting requested by clients auditors
- Participate to client onboarding calls and perform the account opening in systems
- Support and complete projects and initiatives as assigned
