Job Responsibilities
The Case Worker will provide case management services to children and adults in underserved communities. This includes providing assistance to individuals in achieving personal independence, managing basic needs, and developing skills of daily living.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively and develop meaningful relationships with community members.
- Provide case management services to individuals in achieving personal independence and accessing necessary resources.
- Assist individuals in developing skills of daily living and linking them to formal community services.
- Conduct advocacy and outreach within underserved communities to eliminate barriers to education, employment, and healthcare.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Driver's License and ability to meet agency requirements for driving.
- Strong computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Minimum BS or BA from accredited university preferred.
- Social service or mental health experience required.
