Job Title: Full Time Custodian

Schedule:

Full Time II (30 - 39 hours/week)

Compensation:

$17.00/hour

Summary:

Maintain Family & Community Services buildings in a clean and orderly fashion, communicating effectively with supervisor/manager to resolve maintenance issues.

Responsibilities:

• Clean buildings as assigned.
• Perform small maintenance repairs and tasks as needed.
• Meet with contractors at buildings as required.
• Report any unusual activity to director immediately.
• Comply with agency policies, COA regulations, federal and state requirements, and educational/certification/registry requirements.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position is preferred.
• List qualifications including experience and characteristics.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License and ability to meet agency driving insurance requirements if applicable.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check through the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification & Investigation and FBI.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. Occasionally sit. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
