Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Axesspointe Community Health Center. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning buildings as assigned
- Performing small maintenance repairs as needed
- Meeting with contractors at buildings as required
- Reporting any unusual activity to the director immediately
- Complying with agency policies and procedures, COA regulations, federal and state requirements, and educational/certification/registry requirements
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience in like position preferred
- List the qualifications required for the position including experience and characteristics
- Valid Ohio Driver's License and ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability if applicable
- Must be able to meet agency requirements for criminal background check (Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification & Investigation and FBI)
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in custodial/small repairs preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; talk; and hear
- Occasionally required to sit
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
