Role Overview:
As a Product Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in deploying our digital logistics solutions to clients across the United States. This role combines technical acumen, client engagement, and project management—requiring you to travel to client sites, collaborate across teams, and drive seamless product integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Implementation & Configuration
· Lead product deployment and configuration efforts by acting as the primary liaison for enterprise clients in logistics and transportation segment, understanding their requirements and ensuring smooth integration with their existing systems and processes.
· Customize implementation plans based on client-specific needs and operational structures.
Real-time Monitoring & Resolution
· Monitor fleet data dashboards for anomalies and ensure real-time identification of tracking issues.
· Liaise with internal teams to promptly resolve operational concerns and maintain system uptime.
· Gather feedback and identify areas of improvement in client logistics workflows and recommend data-driven enhancements and roadmap inputs.
Cross-functional Collaboration
· Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive implementation strategy and strong support during and post onboarding.
· Leverage product usage data and performance KPIs to contribute to go-to-market planning for new features or recommend feature optimizations and guide decision-making.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree (preferably Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Engineering) with 1–3 years of experience.
· Exposure to the trucking or transportation industry is preferred. Also, a background in IT or familiarity with tech products/SaaS is a plus.
· Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving mindset with a high degree of initiative and a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
· Willingness and ability to travel across the United States for client onboarding and on-site implementations.
