OB/GYN of Indiana - Carmel, an Axia Women’s Health care center, is seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist (Ob/Gyn) Associate Physician. This is an outstanding opportunity to commence straightaway with an established patient following in a collaborative team environment.

- After hour nurse phone triage service
- Post-call day off, 4 day work week
- Dedicated surgery day and dedicated L&D day
- Office locations: Carmel, Westfield and Fishers
- Provider Team: 8 Physicians & 6 Nurse Practitioners

In-office procedures: Endosee, Myosure, LEEP, bubble test (tubal patency), IUD, Nexplanon, Colposcopy, Hysteroscopy, Ablation
