Required Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems, including applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent.
