At Axia Women's Health, our vision is to lead the way in improving women's health. To achieve this, we are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Practice Administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and supervising the overall clinical and business operations of one of our Care Centers. This includes overseeing 1 Care Center with up to 3 locations, participating in strategic growth plans, and assisting in the development and implementation of long-term business plans.
- Directs and coordinates clinical and business operations for the Care Center.
- Oversees 1 Care Center with up to 3 locations.
- Participates in the strategic growth plan for the Care Center.
- Assists in the development and implementation of long-term business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Improvement: Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Drives achievement of operational KPIs.
- Leverages data to support care center decision making.
- Identifies trends and issues related to billing/payor concerns.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree from an accredited college in business, healthcare, or related field.
- 5 plus years of experience managing a high-volume practice, preferably OB/GYN or Fertility specialty.
- Experience managing a multi-site practice.
- Experience managing 45 plus colleagues including 15 plus providers.
