We are seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to support our Fertility Institute in Oradell, NJ. The PSR will be responsible for greeting patients, activating patient files, and providing support to patients and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls professionally and route calls appropriately.
- Greet patients/visitors, assist, and direct them accordingly.
- Explain financial requirements to patients, collect copays, and record payments.
- Perform registration functions for new and existing patients.
- Schedule patient appointments and finalize patient schedules.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all patients.
- Adhere to infection control/safety guidelines and confidentiality policies through HIPAA compliance.
