Key Responsibilities:
- Explain treatment plans, costs, and answer patient inquiries while ensuring comprehensive care delivery and coordination with providers.
- Verify dental insurance benefits, accurately process and submit claims, follow up on claim statuses, and swiftly resolve any issues or disputes.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, send reminders, and assist with patient financing and insurance options.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records, manage phone/email communications, collect payments, and assist with daily office operations.
- Provide strong leadership and support to office staff, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic operations.

Office Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Required: 2-3 years of experience in dental treatment planning, insurance claim processing, and handling dental claims. A strong understanding of dental insurance processes and the ability to manage complex patient needs.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and organize, with the capacity to multitask in a high-volume setting.
- A patient-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients and the practice.
- Managerial skills are a plus, with the ability to lead a team and ensure efficient operations.
